As a Finan cia l Analyst on our team, you’ll execute and refine the finan cia l management strategy that supports the client’s ongoing programs and initiatives. You’ll work closely with project management, schedulers, task leads, and stakeholders to deliver accurate budget execution, data analytics, spend plan management, and actionable insights that enable effective finan cia l decision‑making.
Using your knowledge of processes, regulations, and policies , you’ll research and validate finan cia l data, identify discrepancies, analyze execution and manpower trends, and ensure all daily processes comply with DoD finan cia l management regulations. You’ll maintain organized records and a comprehensive file plan to support audit readiness. Once the funding is in place, you’ll help ensure it is executed efficiently through consistent tracking and communication with mission partners and program leadership. You Have:
- 3+ years of experience with Air Force finan cia l management for large-scale civil engineering projects
- 3+ years of experience within the Indo-Pacific Area of Responsibility
- Experience performing accounting, budget execution, or resource management within a DoD or DoDAF environment, and supporting deployed environments and teams
- Knowledge of finan cia l management systems and processes such as the Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System ( DEAMS ) , FM Suite, WAWF, DTS, and U.S. Bank
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, pull reports from systems of record, conduct audits, determine account balances or execution rates, and develop dashboards, briefings, charts, spreadsheets, and reports
- Ability to brief senior leadership, and establish and maintain records management systems and file plans to support audit readiness
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience supporting civil engineering, infrastructure, supply chain, or manpower finan cia l reporting
- Knowledge of DoD Finan cia l Management Regulations ( FMR ) , UMMC and MILCON processes, or Agile Combat Employment ( ACE ) initiatives
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred ; Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field a plus
- Project Management Certification such as CAPM, APM, or CPMP Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
