What You'll Actually Be Doing
You'll work from home as your base and go out into your local community to connect with business owners who can refer you to people who need supplemental health and life insurance coverage. This is not cold calling from a cubicle and it is not knocking residential doors. We teach you a proven referral system that generates warm leads at no cost to you. You work the system. The system works for you.
From there you meet with clients, assess their needs, and place them into the right Globe Life - Family Heritage coverage. The sale matters. The relationship matters more. The agents who are still collecting income five and ten years later are the ones who figured that out early.
What You'll Earn
- 100% commission, paid 2-3 times per week (no waiting until end of month)
- Commission rates starting at 23%, top performers reach 49%

Elevated Financial has a five-year vesting schedule:
- After 2 years: 50% vested into your residual income
- After 5 years: 100% vested permanently
That means if you leave at year three, 64% of every renewal on every policy you ever wrote follows you for life. Fully vested, that income is yours regardless of whether you ever sell another policy again.
