Job summary

Are you an experienced and reliable CDL-A driver looking for a career with stability and a true commitment to safety and driver satisfaction? Full Scale Logistics LLC is seeking dedicated Over-the-Road (OTR) drivers to join our growing fleet. In this role, you will be a vital part of our national logistics network, transporting goods across the country while enjoying the independence of the open road. We offer competitive compensation, regular home time, and modern, well-maintained equipment to ensure your success.

Responsibilities

Transport goods safely and efficiently over long distances, adhering to all federal and state regulations, including hours-of-service (HOS) laws.
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, documenting any defects or issues.
Utilize GPS and electronic logging devices (ELDs) to plan routes, track hours, and ensure compliance.
Secure all cargo properly to prevent damage during transport.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients, providing status updates and resolving any delivery-related issues.
Ensure timely delivery of freight while prioritizing safety and compliance.
Represent the company professionally during all interactions at pickup and drop-off locations.
Keep the tractor and trailer clean and organized.

Qualifications

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
A minimum of 2 years of verifiable OTR experience with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and DOT drug test.
Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols.
Proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELDs) and route navigation software.
Tanker Endorsement highly encouraged.
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on the road.
