Job Summary
Supervise all Economic Security Services program areas for the provision of public assistance and community based supportive services for adults and families Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), all Medicaid and Medicare Savings Programs, Long-term Care, Adult Financial and Colorado Works/Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF). This position serves to promote the provision of a broad spectrum of services to adults, linkage with community resources, referrals and service coordination, as well as eligibility for public assistance programs. This includes leading ES team problem solving, technical solutions, procedure development, job aides, training and orientation for all new team members, managing and overseeing referrals, assessments, development of Individual Responsibility Contracts, employment and work participation activities, and case management functions that promote self-sufficiency. Some functions may include application initiation, interactive interviews, and ongoing case management and program eligibility re-determinations on an “as-needed” basis.
Pay Rate
The hourly range $33.66 to $39.85 depending on experience, plus full benefits.

- Must possess a valid Colorado driver’s license.

Must complete ICS 100, 700 and ICS 800 within the first year of employment.

Qualifications/Education
Three years of full-time professional work experience acquired after the degree, with a minimum of one year in a public or private healthcare or social services agency or a Bachelor’s degree in health care, nursing, administration, management or human behavioral science fields or any combination.
