Job Summary and Duties

Greet clients and provide a friendly, professional first impression.
Answer phones, respond to text messages, and assist clients with scheduling and appointment inquiries.
Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and manage appointments using salon software.
Check clients in and out and process payments accurately.
Maintain client records and assist with administrative tasks.
Communicate schedule changes, cancellations, and openings with clients and stylists.
Explain salon policies, including cancellation and card-on-file requirements.
Assist with retail product sales and client recommendations.
Sweep hair throughout the salon and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Wash color bowls, brushes, and salon tools according to sanitation standards.
Wash, dry, fold, and restock towels, capes, and salon linens.
Stock salon supplies and assist with opening and closing duties.
Keep the reception area, waiting area, and retail displays neat and welcoming.
Support stylists as needed to ensure smooth salon operations.
Provide excellent customer service and assist in resolving client concerns professionally.

(Previous receptionist or front desk experience is preferred)

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
