Educational Requirements:
- Licensed independent Clinician according to .
Have either:
- At least 2,000 hours of clinical experience and/or training in the examination and/or treatment of people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or Mental health diagnosis
- Have 200 hours of clinical supervision from a board-approved supervisor
- Completed and passed the board exam to hold an independent mental health license
- Have a current license stating that they are a board-approved independently Licensed BCBA or LICSW, LMFT or LPCC
The following are the roles of the QSP
- Clinical Leadership & Care Coordination
- Lead and oversee high-quality, person-centered EIDBI services aligned with client and family goals
Supervision & Team Support
- Supervise and mentor Level I–III providers, ensuring strong clinical implementation and documentation
- Provide ongoing coaching, direct observation, and monthly feedback to support staff growth
- Maintain accountability for all clinical services delivered under your supervision
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation and billing practices
- Review and approve authorizations and service records in alignment with EIDBI requirements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of DHS policies and evidence-based practices
Caseload & Service Delivery
- Manage a flexible caseload with a mix of oversight and direct service based on client needs
- Support continuity of care through care conferences and interdisciplinary collaboration
Professional Growth & Leadership
- Participate in ongoing training, CEUs, and autism-focused professional development
- Contribute to program quality improvement and support audit readiness
- Develop, monitor, and approve Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs) in compliance with DHS standards
- Serve as the primary clinical contact for families, providing guidance, education, and support
- Collaborate with caregivers and team members to ensure coordinated, effective care
Pay: Salary Range is $85,000-$110,000 annually
Schedule: Monday through Friday open availability between 8 am - 5 pm. (8-hour shift)
This position may need to have some flexibility in availability as needed by the program.
