Position overview

Your role at Hair So Fab: As a Beauty Advisor, you’ll be the face of Hair So Fab—welcoming every client with warmth, confidence, and a passion for all things Hair. Through personalized consultations and expert product recommendations, you’ll play a meaningful role in clients’ confidence journeys. You’re a beauty pioneer who embraces every style—this is your moment to Belong to Something Beautiful.

Our Hair Extensions has been worn by Top Celebrities such as Rihanna, Cardi B, Mary J Blige, Remy Ma, Kylie Jenner, Kendell Jenner, Taraji P. Henson, Kelly Roland, Yandy Smith, Teyana Taylor, Monica, The City Girls, Olandria, Shenseea, Angel Reese just to name a few.

Main duties and responsibilities

Demonstrate and explain product specifications to customers.
Promote and sell hair extensions and hair care products.
Set and achieve sales targets established by leadership.
Welcome and assist walk-in customers.
Address customer inquiries both in-store and via phone.
Keep an eye on market trends.
Analyze competitor strategies and product offerings
Meet project deadlines.
Reach defined sales targets.
Generate potential leads.
Facilitate a smooth sales process.
Create a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
Maintain cleanliness of the store.
Ensure sufficient product inventory is available.
Assist with the digital marketing of products and services.
Communicate necessary improvements to upper management.
Present sales forecasts and actual figures to upper management.
Collaborate with upper management to develop sales strategies.
Observe customer behaviors and trends.
Keep precise records of all sales transactions.
Inform customers about ongoing sales and discounts.
Persuade customers to make purchases.
Guarantee customer satisfaction.

Qualifications/Experience

Knowledge of POS System.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision
Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment
Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge
Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
Full Time: 30-40 hrs/week
Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
Punctuality and consistent attendance

$18.00 - $20.00/hr plus commission. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including relevant qualifications and experience; and other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position and/or geographic location.
