Full Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team. As a Medical Receptionist/Call Center employee, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations in a medical office setting. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our practice. Positions are Avail in our Succasunna, NJ office.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar
- Collect patient information, update records, and verify insurance coverage
- Coordinate patient check-in and check-out processes
- Assist with medical administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow
- Handle billing inquiries and process payments accurately

-Be able to handle high incoming call volumes

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a medical office or similar administrative role preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is a plus
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient privacy
-Bilingual is a plus
-FLOATING, May have to cover in our other locations on occasion( Succasunna, Chester, Cedar Knolls, Buddlake, Newton, Hackettstown PCP)
