Licensed Therapist (LSW / LAC / LAMFT) – Community Mental Health – Hybrid + 4‑Day Week Option – $60K + Bonuses

Location:
Pennsville, NJ (in‑person & hybrid)
1‑day orientation in Voorhees, NJ

About Us: It Takes A Family, LLC is a state‑licensed community mental health clinic serving children, adults, and families. We provide individual, family, and group therapy, assessments, and medication management. About the Role: If you’re a mission‑driven therapist who wants real clinical work, a supportive team, and flexibility (not burnout), this role is for you. This is a full‑time, salaried therapist position based in Pennsville with a hybrid schedule after you complete training.

What You’ll Do

Provide individual, family, and (where applicable) group therapy to children, adults, and families
Complete intakes, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes within agency timelines (notes due within 24 hours)
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help clients reach their goals
Participate in supervision and team meetings
Other clinically relevant duties as assigned

Caseload & Ramp‑Up

We don’t throw you into a 35‑client week on day one.

Week 1: ~5 sessions
Then gradual ramp: ~15, 20, 25, 30, up to ~35 sessions per week as you master the role and systems

Salary: $60,000 per year
Bonus Program: Up to $1,500 per month for full‑time clinicians based on productivity
Hybrid Schedule: In‑person during training, then mix of in‑office and work‑from‑home

What You Need

Master’s degree in a mental health–related field (required)
Active NJ LSW, LAC, or LAMFT (required)
Ability to reliably work in‑person in Pennsville, NJ and attend a 1‑day orientation in Voorhees, NJ
Strong clinical writing skills and comfort completing documentation within 24 hours
Commitment to serving diverse and underserved populations

Schedule

Monday to Friday, full‑time
In‑person during initial training; then hybrid once competency is demonstrated
Optional 4‑day workweek available after 60 day

Pay: $60,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
