Job Overview
Are you a strategic thinker who loves turning marketing data into actionable growth for clients?

At Envision Marketing Group, we are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between our agency and our clients, taking ownership of their digital success. You won’t just be managing accounts; you’ll be designing comprehensive digital strategies, overseeing execution, and delivering measurable results that drive engagement and growth.

Responsibilities

Strategic Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns spanning Social Media, Email Marketing, and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
Client Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for clients. Lead in-person and virtual meetings to understand their goals, present strategies, and provide regular performance reports.
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics. Translate raw data into actionable insights to continually optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
Social Media Creator: Design, produce, and execute engaging multimedia content that expands brand reach, fosters community engagement, and drives audience growth across all social platforms.
Content & Copywriting: Write clear, engaging, and brand-specific copy tailored for various mediums, including websites, blogs, and social platforms.
Creative Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with our creative team to produce high-impact visual assets. Utilize platforms like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and WordPress to bring campaigns to life.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and ensure our clients stay ahead of the curve.
Workflow Automation: Leverage marketing automation tools (e.g., Constant Contact) to streamline internal processes and enhance client communications.

Requirements

Experience: Proven track record in digital marketing, specifically managing client accounts and campaigns.

Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications):

Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with WordPress, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact, Mailchimp).
SEO Expertise: Strong understanding of current SEO best practices and how to implement them effectively.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You must be comfortable presenting to clients and advocating for your strategies.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data, draw meaningful conclusions, and make data-driven decisions.
Independence & Teamwork: Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage your own time, while also collaborating effectively within a broader team environment.
Bonus Points: Hands-on graphic design experience is a plus.
