Full Job Description

Full-Time / Non-Exempt / Pay based on experience

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales & Admissions Coordinator serves as the operational hub of the Sales & Admissions Department by coordinating daily operations, supporting the prospect and admissions journey, and partnering across departments to deliver a seamless, person-centered experience for prospective residents, current residents, families, referral partners, and team members.

What you'll do:

Provide administrative and operational support for the Sales & Admissions team, including scheduling, documentation, reporting, CRM management, workflow coordination, and maintaining accurate departmental records.
Serve as a key point of contact for prospective residents, families, referral partners, and visitors by coordinating communication, appointments, follow-up, and delivering a welcoming, service-focused experience.
Collaborate with Sales, Admissions, Communications, Clinical Services, and other departments to support departmental priorities, process improvements, occupancy initiatives, and a seamless resident experience.
Coordinate logistics and administrative details for events, educational programs, move-ins, outreach activities, and other engagement initiatives while ensuring projects and workflows remain organized and on track.

Qualifications & Skills:

High School Diploma or GED, required.
Associates Degree, required; equivalent sales support or administrative experience may be considered.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field, preferred.
2+ years of recent experience in a customer service, sales support, health care, hospitality or related role, preferred.
Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and other electronic record systems, required.
Excellent customer service, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills, required.
Ability to handle confidential information and exercise sound judgment, required.
Ability to learn new systems, processes, and workflows, required.
Collaborative team player with a positive and professional demeanor, required.

Monday - Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm
