OVERVIEW
Nestled in the peaceful foothills of West Virginia, EdenSpring's mission is to create an oasis of safety for healing and restoration of adult female survivors of sex trafficking. As we prepare to open our doors and transition from building a structural home to cultivating a sacred sanctuary, we are seeking a mission-driven Program Director who will exhibit and model our core pillars—Love First, Offer Grace, Value Excellence, Exercise Integrity, and Walk Together—this leader will serve as a shepherd to our program, our personnel, and our future residents. If you are ready to combine professional clinical excellence with an authentic calling to walk alongside courageous women on their journey to joy and independence, we invite you to step into this transformative leadership role
This program is great for a candidate who is vocationally called to:
- Inaugural Leadership Impact: As our first Program Director, this candidate will help shape the programmatic culture and operational foundation from the ground up, turning research-backed, trauma and survivor-informed practices into a whole person focused, wrap-around program that results in life transformation and new beginnings.
- Holistic, Full-Circle Care Continuum: Instead of short-term crisis management, this candidate will oversee an up-to-two-year residential journey that offers rent-free housing integrated with counseling, education, spirituality, medical, legal, and life skills training.
- Values-First Work Environment: You will lead a dedicated, multidisciplinary team where accountability is balanced with grace, professional boundaries are honored, and continuous learning is celebrated.
- Deeply Supported Infrastructure: Backed by an executive team, a committed board, pro bono legal partners, and local volunteer networks, you will have the structural stability and community resources required to deliver high-quality, high-standards of care.
- A Serene Setting for Healing: Your daily work environment takes place in a setting of immense natural beauty, offering a peaceful, restorative regulating backdrop that supports both your staff's well-being and the residents' path to joy.
