About Us: Bridal Alterations of Maryland is a premier bridal alterations service dedicated to providing exceptional alterations and outstanding customer experiences. We uphold core values of quality, integrity, and excellence.

Job Summary: Bridal Alterations of MD is urgently hiring an experienced seamstress, tailor, costume stitcher, or garment construction professional to assist with bridal gown alterations during peak wedding season. Experience with formalwear, bridal, couture, theatre costumes, dance costumes, or detailed garment construction is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform expert alterations on bridal and formal wear as per customer requirements.
Collaborate with the Bridal Alterations Manager to understand and execute the specific needs of each customer.
Ensure high-quality workmanship and timely completion of all alterations.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with the finished product.
Participate in fittings as needed to gain a full understanding of alteration requirements.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a seamstress, particularly with bridal and formal wear.
Exceptional sewing skills and attention to detail.
Basic English communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex alterations.
