Full Job Description

NewBridge is seeking a full-time licensed Clinician (LCSW) to join our outpatient department and provide direct services for children, adolescents, and adults in need of individual, group, couples, or family counseling. Complete intake assessments scheduled by Access Department, treatment planning, and emphasis on short-term evidence based models. CBT and EMDR trained a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic interventions, including behavioral therapy and crisis intervention, to support mental health needs.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation and ensure compliance with billing requirements and HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and outcomes.
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health counseling.
Facilitate individual, family, and group counseling sessions as needed, focusing on effective communication and support strategies.
