Work Arrangement: Independent Subcontractor / Specialized Service Provider — Consistent, long-term projects

Since 2006, we have specialized in luxury home remodeling and additions ($100K to $1M+), delivering kitchens, bathrooms, and complete renovations with exceptional craftsmanship.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Field Supervisor / Runner to coordinate daily logistics on our job sites, ensure the timely supply of materials, supervise field personnel, and maintain smooth communication with Project Managers. The ideal candidate has experience in residential construction, excellent logistical skills, and the ability to solve problems quickly across multiple work sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and transport materials and tools between suppliers and various job sites.
Supervise the daily progress of construction sites and ensure compliance with company quality standards.
Support field work crews with logistics and immediate operational needs.
Keep job sites organized, safe, and clean.
Report incidents, delays, or supply needs to the Project Manager in a timely manner.

Key Requirements:

Prior experience in residential construction or job site logistics management.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a reliable personal vehicle (pickup truck or van preferred).
Ability to read basic blueprints and understand project requirements.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Punctuality, proactivity, and a professional attitude.

El candidato ideal tiene experiencia en construcción residencial, excelentes habilidades logísticas y capacidad de resolución rápida de problemas en múltiples sitios de trabajo.

Responsabilidades Principales:

Coordinar y realizar el transporte y entrega de materiales y herramientas entre proveedores y los diferentes sitios de trabajo.
Supervisar el progreso diario de las obras y asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad de la empresa.
Apoyar a los equipos de trabajo en campo con la logística y necesidades operativas inmediatas.
Mantener los sitios de trabajo organizados, seguros y limpios.
Reportar incidencias, retrasos o necesidades de suministros al Gerente de Proyecto de manera oportuna.

Requisitos Clave:

Experiencia previa en construcción residencial o gestión logística de obras.
Licencia de conducir válida con historial limpio y vehículo propio confiable (camioneta o van preferiblemente).
Capacidad para leer planos básicos y entender las necesidades de los proyectos.
Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, organización y resolución de problemas.
Puntualidad, proactividad y actitud profesional.
