Are you a dedicated, relationship driven professional who thrives in a fast paced manufacturing environment? We are seeking an experienced On Site Coordinator to support a growing manufacturing operation by recruiting top talent, building strong relationships, supporting employees, and serving as the primary on site representative for our staffing team.
This is a hands on position where no two days are the same. The successful candidate will be visible on the production floor and in office working closely with associates and client leadership to ensure exceptional service, employee engagement, attendance, safety, and operational success.
IMPORTANT QUALIFICATION
Previous on-site staffing experience supporting a start up manufacturing facility is a MAJOR advantage and will be given strong consideration. Candidates with experience working directly with manufacturing leadership in a fast paced production environment are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct early morning and early evening attendance checks.
- Verify employee attendance and ensure associates are wearing required PPE and proper safety work attire.
- Build strong relationships with associates, supervisors, HR, and client leadership.
- Address employee concerns promptly and professionally.
- De escalate workplace situations and resolve conflicts while maintaining professionalism and respect.
- Promote and reinforce a strong safety culture by identifying and communicating safety concerns.
- Recruit, source, interview, and onboard qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct orientations and assist with new hire onboarding.
- Process and review employee time records for accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve missing punches, payroll discrepancies, and timekeeping issues.
- Assist with weekly payroll processing while maintaining strict confidentiality and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ensure accurate documentation is completed for payroll adjustments, attendance records, and employee files.
- Maintain accurate reports and administrative records.
- Assist with office operations and recruiting activities when not working on site.
- Provide exceptional customer service while representing the company in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- Previous staffing, recruiting, HR, employee relations, or manufacturing experience is required.
- Previous on site staffing experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting payroll and timekeeping processes is preferred.
- Outstanding organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Confident making decisions and having direct conversations when necessary.
- Excellent problem solving, conflict resolution, and de escalation skills.
- Patient, professional, and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and advanced Excel skills, along with general computer applications.
- Reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work early mornings and early evenings as business needs require.
- Bilingual (English/Korean) is a plus, but not required.

This Is Not a Traditional Desk Job
This is a hands on, relationship driven position in a fast paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will spend significant time on the production floor supporting associates and client leadership, conducting attendance and safety checks, resolving issues in real time, and helping build a positive workplace culture.
