Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead manufacturing quality assurance initiatives within our production facilities. This pivotal role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining robust quality systems that ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and excellence. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement through data analysis, regulatory adherence, and cross-functional collaboration, fostering a culture of quality throughout the manufacturing process. Duties

Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001 standards and industry best practices.
Conduct regular quality audits to verify compliance regulatory/legal standards relevant to manufacturing operations.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives for quality issues identified during inspections or audits.
Ensure adherence to quality standards in production by establishing rigorous inspection protocols, including quality inspection and control procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production, chemical processes, regulatory affairs, and supply chain to implement quality assurance strategies effectively.
Manage internal and external quality audits, prepare detailed reports, and ensure timely resolution of non-conformances.
Monitor key performance indicators related to quality control, defect rates, process deviations, and compliance metrics to drive ongoing process enhancements.
Lead initiatives in quality systems development including QA/QC procedures, project management efforts for process upgrades, and analysis skills enhancement across teams.

Experience

Proven experience practicing in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role with a focus on quality assurance or quality control within a regulated environment.
Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001 standards along with familiarity with ISO standards applicable to manufacturing operations.
Demonstrated expertise in implementing Six Sigma manufacturing techniques to reduce variability and improve process efficiency.
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance standards
Experience conducting quality audits and assessments aligned with industry best practices.
Skilled in using precise measurement and inspection processes; proficient in analysis skills for data-driven decision-making.
Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams with excellent communication skills to foster collaboration across departments.
Project management capabilities with a track record of leading continuous improvement projects that enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
