Full Job Description

The Opportunity

We are seeking a hands-on Director of Content & Marketing Campaigns to lead marketing for three established and growing businesses under common family leadership:

Summit Financial Group, a financial planning and wealth management firm.
The Reliant Group, a tax, accounting, payroll, and business advisory firm.
CAM Property Services, a residential property maintenance and services company.

Each business has an established identity, website, services, audience, and valuable existing content. We are looking for someone who recognizes what has already been built and can turn those assets into consistent, professional, and measurable marketing campaigns.

The successful candidate will preserve and strengthen our established identities while increasing their visibility, engagement, and business impact.

This is a hands-on leadership position for a strong writer and editor who can also produce video, manage social media, build campaigns, coordinate multiple projects, and move ideas through final execution.

What You Will Do

Develop and manage a coordinated marketing calendar across the three businesses.
Turn existing books, playbooks, programs, presentations, and professional expertise into marketable content.
Interview company leaders and subject-matter experts to develop new material.
Write and edit video scripts, emails, social posts, articles, landing pages, advertisements, postcards, and other campaign materials.
Plan, record, and edit routine short-form video content.
Manage company social media accounts and Google Business Profiles.
Coordinate email, social media, website, video, direct-mail, referral, and selected paid advertising campaigns.
Use Levitate and other approved platforms to engage clients and nurture prospects.
Coordinate outside videographers, designers, photographers, and other specialists when needed.
Track inquiries, referrals, appointments, qualified leads, conversions, and campaign results.
Provide clear reporting on what is working and what should be improved or tested next.

Initial Priorities

Initial projects will include:

Creating an ongoing video and content series based on the book Retirement Income Matters.
Building campaigns around established retirement-planning programs, including Retirement Ready or Not, Roth Conversion Analysis, and a 401(k) self-directed brokerage account program.
Developing content that supports client education, prospecting, and referrals.
Expanding awareness of tax, accounting, business, and property-owner advisory services.
Turning existing real estate and business expertise into videos, emails, social content, guides, and consultation campaigns.
Using existing websites and Levitate more effectively to engage clients and prospects.
Building local awareness of residential property maintenance and seasonal services through social media, Google, video, customer reviews, and direct mail.
Working within all applicable financial-services compliance requirements.

AI-Enabled Marketing

Our businesses have used ChatGPT extensively to help develop content, messaging, programs, and marketing strategy. The successful candidate will build upon this work and use AI as a regular part of the marketing process.

We are looking for someone who can:

Give AI clear objectives, source materials, examples, and constraints.
Use AI to assist with content development, editing, campaign planning, repurposing, and analysis.
Recognize and correct generic language, inaccuracies, unsupported claims, and inconsistencies.
Preserve established company voices and messaging.
Protect confidential, personal, and regulated information.
Apply human creativity, editorial judgment, and accountability to the final work.

We are more interested in how effectively someone uses modern tools to produce excellent work than whether every project begins with a blank page.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

Five or more years of relevant marketing, content, communications, or digital campaign experience.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Experience planning, recording, and editing short-form video.
Experience managing business social media accounts.
Experience with email marketing, campaign development, and audience segmentation.
Practical knowledge of websites, landing pages, calls to action, and conversion tracking.
Demonstrated professional use of ChatGPT or other AI tools.
The ability to manage multiple brands, projects, priorities, and deadlines.
Strong judgment, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
A focus on completed campaigns and measurable business results.

Experience in financial services, accounting, real estate, professional services, home services, or another trust-based industry is helpful but not required.

A relevant degree is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability, judgment, portfolio quality, and execution experience will receive greater consideration than credentials alone.

Company leaders’ time is used efficiently through planned interviews and batch video production.

Success will be measured by execution and business impact—not simply by followers, views, or likes.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
