Full Job Description

Urban Sites is a full-service real estate firm offering development, construction, and property management services. We are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead firm-wide brand, communications, and marketing, while also owning the go-to-market and lease-up marketing strategy for new apartment communities as we bring them online (2-3 launches per year).

This is a cross functional, high-ownership role that blends strategy with execution. The Marketing Manager will partner closely with executive leadership, development, construction, property management/leasing teams and will manage external vendors to deliver results. Experience with multifamily marketing and lease ups is strongly preferred.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Brand, Communications, and Corporate Marketing

Manage and evolve the company brand strategy, messaging, and voice across development, construction, and property management.
Create annual/quarterly marketing plans and ensure consistent brand execution across all channels and materials.
Develop communications for company announcements, project updates, and community news.
Maintain brand standards and ensure quality control across internal and vendor-produced work.

Brand Sentiment and Online Engagement

Build a proactive brand management and online engagement program across google reviews, social media, indeed, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms for company and related apartment communities.
Create review-generation systems and partner with property management to drive consistent, ethical review volume.
Establish a proactive engagement framework to address feedback, resolve concerns publicly, and monitor overall brand sentiment.

Digital Storytelling and Web Presence

Own the company website strategy, managing everything from day-to-day content updates to the long-term strategy for how we show up in search results
Coordinate with external website, creative and technical partners to ensure that our digital tools are modern, fast, and effective
Ensure the website supports company credibility, lead generation, brand storytelling

New Community Launch + Lease-Up Marketing

Build and execute the launch strategy for each new apartment community, from early branding through stabilization, to build awareness and accelerate lease up.
Influence apartment community branding and positioning, including community naming, identity direction, messaging, and target renter personas.
Lead apartment community launch events including groundbreakings and ribbon cuttings while balancing partner recognition, company branding, and apartment community branding.
Set up digital foundation for each apartment community. Purchase and manage domains, establish naming conventions and digital asset organization. Create/claim and optimize Google Business Profiles and local listings. Launch community social media channels and content calendars. Establish a complete online presence (maps, directories, and other relevant platforms).
Partner with property management to design the full lead-to-lease journey. Align marketing efforts with existing software processes.

Oversee organic and paid campaigns to hit occupancy goals

Define KPIs and reporting cadence, optimize based on lead volume/quality, cost per lead, tours, applications, leases, and pace to stabilization.

Vendor & Budget Management

Source, manage, and hold vendors accountable (creative, web, paid media, photography, videography, signate, PR as needed).
Build scopes of work, negotiate pricing, manage budgets, and ensure deliverables meet brand and performance standards
Create repeatable launch playbooks, templates, timelines, and checklists to support 2-3 community launches per year

QUALIFICATIONS:

4+ years of marketing experience with increasing responsibility; multifamily, real estate, hospitality, or location-based consumer marketing experience required
Demonstrated success building and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable outcomes (lead generation and conversion)
Strong knowledge of local marketing fundamentals: Google Business Profile, local SEO, online listings, and review management
Hands-on capability in brand and communications (messaging, copy direction, and content planning)
Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple initiatives at once
Experience managing external vendors and budgets with high accountability and clear outcomes
Experience launching new brands/communities and standing up their full digital presence from scratch preferred
Must be based in Cincinnati, OH and available to work in-person

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
