REMOTE LITIGATION SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Full-Time | Remote Position with In-Person Training and Occasional Team Meetings | $19–$23/hour

We are hiring a Litigation Support Specialist to support our foreclosure and civil litigation clients. You’ll manage cases from referral through process server dispatch and final billing. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Accurately enter new cases into our system
Assign and coordinate process servers based on case requirements
Communicate regularly with clients, vendors, and court clerks
Monitor deadlines and ensure service is completed timely
Prepare affidavits and other legal documentation in compliance with state guidelines
Troubleshoot service issues and coordinate reattempts if needed
Conduct skip traces when necessary to locate individuals for service
Ensure documentation is complete for case closure and billing
Prioritize tasks using the Unfinished Jobs Report to address exceptions and aged files

What we're looking for:

2+ years of experience in a client-facing or administrative role
Previous experience working with legal documents or court procedures (preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with CRM software is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience

Preferred qualifications include:

Previous experience working with legal documents, court procedures, or litigation support is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience using case management or CRM software is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
