Gucciardo Specific Chiropractic & Natural Health Center is looking for a sharp, enthusiastic, dependable, and hardworking team member to join our office.

THE HEART OF THIS ROLE

A big part of this position is MONEY and CARE PLANS.

You’ll guide patients through their care plans and financial options with confidence and zero pressure, collect payments, keep accounts accurate, follow up when something needs attention and find creative solutions that help patients move forward with the care they need.

You’ll also support scheduling, phones, administrative systems and the team wherever needed.

We are not looking for someone who waits to be told.

We’re looking for someone who notices, thinks ahead and follows through.

Maybe you have office management, financial or administrative experience. That’s a PLUS.

Maybe you’ve never worked in chiropractic but naturally have the personality we’re describing.

That’s okay too. We’ll train the right fit.

You’ll receive professional one on one Chiropractic Assistant coaching on our systems, numbers, financial conversations and patient communication.

Starting salary: $40,000 to $45,000Monthly bonus potential: $250

Assisting patients throughout their chiropractic care
Conducting new patient intakes
Preparing new patient reports and reviewing appointment results
Creating, entering, and managing patient care plans ( a LARGE part of this position)
Maintaining accurate care plans and visit trackers
Keeping track of new patients and ongoing/maintenance patients
Helping patients stay on track with their recommended care
Communicating with patients throughout their care journey
Setting up and breaking down rooms for the Chiropractor
Pulling supplements and assisting nutrition patients
Placing and organizing office orders
Supporting the chiropractor and the day-to-day flow of the office
Learning chiropractic terminology, procedures, and how our specific office operates

Our Chiropractic Assistant plays an important role in supporting our doctor and working one-on-one with patients.We are looking for someone who takes that responsibility seriously.

SCHEDULE:

Monday–Thursday

Monday: 8:40am-3pm (Weekly Monday meeting at 1pm)
Tuesday: 7:20am-12:15pm, 1:40pm-6:15pm
Wednesday: 7:40am-2pm
Thursday: 8:20am-1:15pm, 2:40pm-7:15pm
Every Other Saturday 8:20am-12:15pm
