Primary Job Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
Maintain an active caseload of up to 12 clients for individual therapy services.
Facilitate psychoeducational, process, and recovery-oriented group counseling sessions within PHP and IOP levels of care.
Provide evidence-based individual, group, family, and/or couples counseling services.
Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as clinically indicated.
Develop and coordinate discharge and aftercare plans to support ongoing recovery and treatment success.
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in KIPU, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
Collaborate with the Medical Director, Nurse Practitioner, and multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated and effective client care.
Participate in treatment team meetings, clinical supervision, case consultations, and other required meetings.
Ensure all services provided are consistent with applicable regulatory, accreditation, Medicaid, and accreditation requirements.
Comply with all federal, state, and local confidentiality laws and regulations, including HIPAA.
Uphold Seacrest Recovery Center's mission, values, and code of ethics.

Qualifications

Active Ohio license required: LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC, or higher.
Experience providing both individual and group counseling services.
Experience working with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders preferred.
Strong assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
Ability to effectively manage a caseload while facilitating clinical groups.
Client-centered approach and passion for helping individuals in recovery.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Computer proficiency required; experience with KIPU preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
