Innovative Technologies Corporation (ITC) is seeking Junior Navy Data Analyst t to support a proposal we are bidding on. This position will be performed onsite at Commander, Naval Surface Force Atlantic (COMNAVSURFLANT) in Norfolk, Virginia. We estimate the award will be made in late September 2026 with a PoP starting November 18, 2026.
Support COMNAVSURFLANT Force Generation analytics through PESTONI data analysis, analytical product preparation, meeting coordination, action tracking, and draft data visualizations for senior-level reviews.
Required Clearance
- Active Secret clearance required at the time of proposal submission and maintained for the life of the contract.
Required Education
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science (BA/BS) degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the United States Navy in an Engineering or Combat Systems Department related billet at sea.
- Two years experience in data analysis for complex projects.
- Experience with analyzing specific metrics embedded within the PESTONI (Personnel, Equipment, Supply, Training, Ordnance, Infrastructure/Networks) pillars of analysis.
- Expertise in oral and written English communications skills.
- Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office environment is essential (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
Desired Qualifications
- Two years experience on an Echelon 3 or higher staff.
- Study in an Analytics or Computer related field is highly desired.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating technical exchange meetings and analytical working groups.
- Scheduling analytical deep-dive sessions and stakeholder reviews.
- Coordinating video teleconferences for analytical and data-sharing purposes.
- Maintaining distribution lists for analytical product dissemination.
- Preparing, maintaining, and updating action items resulting from analytical reviews.
- Providing analytical inputs, data-driven summaries, and draft visualizations for inclusion in Government-prepared point papers, memoranda, and Flag-level briefs.

Compensation & Benefits
The Salary for this contingent hire position is $75,000–$100,000 based on experience and includes medical/dental/vision benefits, 10 days PTO and 7 days sick time; other benefits available.
