Description

Rutter Mills LLP, a leading personal injury law firm in Hampton Roads, is seeking a committed and client-focused client services employee to join our Front End Department. This role plays an important part in the firm’s success and reputation by serving as a first point of contact for potential clients and helping create a professional, compassionate, and positive intake experience.

Schedule: Full-time Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm

Locations: On-site, Hampton, VA

We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is committed to exceptional client service. The ideal candidate is reliable, great on the phone, personable, and an empathetic, attentive listener.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome clients, visitors, and walk-ins with professionalism, warmth, and exceptional client service.
Manage incoming and outbound calls with accuracy, patience, and a positive phone presence .
Collect, verify, and document client information with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Perform data entry and maintain organized, accurate records.
Communicate effectively with current and potential clients, referrals, walk-ins, and team members.
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized lobby area.
Monitor and restock front desk, lobby, and client-facing supplies as needed.
Balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Follow firm procedures and maintain confidentiality in all interactions.

Qualifications

You must consider exceeding client expectations a priority.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate potentially detailed and complex information to others.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to changing priorities in a professional manner.
Bilingual a plus!
