Job Overview
The Episcopal Church of the Saviour is a Church and a Soup Kitchen operation, both focused on our motto of "All are Welcome, All are Fed."

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to work from 9:30-1:30 Monday through Friday, and to act as our communications hub and provide support in terms of filing, data entry, and inventory management. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Applicants should not be Church members, and do not need to be affiliated with any faith community for this duty. All tasks are entirely office related, not religious, although we do work with a variety of other faith communities and community partners.

Duties

Communication management, overseeing phone calls and emails and directing them as needed.
Manage office schedules, ensuring appointments and meetings are organized efficiently.
Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Maintain phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while handling inquiries from clients and vendors.
Supervise front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors.
Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with staff and clients.
Experience with phone systems and maintaining professional phone etiquette.
Excellent schedule management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
Solid administrative skills including proficiency in file management and organization.
