Full Job Description

This position supports the Office Manager, Administrative Assistant team, and other administrative departments. Primary job duties will include reception/switchboard coverage, greeting visitors, mail distribution, data entry, filing, photocopying, restocking office and kitchen supplies, scheduling, meeting and event support, document support, and other clerical responsibilities as requested.

Basic job requirements include a minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and two years’ relevant work experience; an Associate's degree (or equivalent) from an accredited two-year college or administrative/business school is preferred. Individual must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software as well as familiar with e-mail and Internet applications. Knowledge and/or familiarity with general office equipment and administrative procedures is also essential. Additional skills required include: professional and articulate communication skills (verbal and written); ability to coordinate/organize time and duties with others; strong attention to detail.
