Experienced Field Service Representative (FSR) – Supply to support the KC-46 program at JBMDL. This role serves as a direct interface with the customer, ensuring accurate and timely support of parts, logistics requirements, and aircraft readiness in a mission-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as primary point of contact for parts support, order validation, and supply issue resolution
Analyze delivery schedules, and requirements to support mission readiness
Coordinate with program asset managers and suppliers to resolve shortages and discrepancies
Maintain accurate data within Boeing and customer logistics systems
Prepare and deliver reports on supply performance and metrics
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies with customer and program leadership
Support shipping/receiving activities and associated documentation
Track and follow up on inbound and outbound shipments
Build and maintain strong, professional customer relationships
Support warehouse operations as required (including forklift operations)
Basic Qualifications (Required)
Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management
Experience using logistics systems, inventory databases, or supply support systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)

Experience supporting customer-facing or operational environments, not solely back-office work
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Demonstrated ownership in identifying issues and driving them to resolution
Comfort working with changing priorities and incomplete information
Demonstrates the ability to prioritize and complete all required training and qualification requirements in a timely manner to meet contractual, regulatory, and operational expectations.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting U.S. Air Force or DoD logistics operations
Familiarity with USAF supply systems (e.g., FMxC2, ILS-S, DIFM processes)
Experience with product deficiency reporting
Knowledge of hazardous material handling and shipping
Ability to interpret technical publications or engineering documentation
Work Environment & Expectations
100% onsite role supporting flightline and operational activities
May require flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to respond to operational needs outside standard working hours
Potential for domestic and international travel, sometimes on short notice
May require deployment in support of DoD contingency operations
