Position Location: York, PA

Hours: Full-Time | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Sales Account Manager

We’re looking for a consultative Sales Account Manager who enjoys partnering with clients, identifying new opportunities, and helping organizations solve complex business communication challenges.

Your Opportunity

As a Sales Account Manager, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to an established portfolio of business clients while identifying opportunities to expand their use of YGS’s integrated solutions.

Working alongside our Sales Executives and technical specialists, you’ll help clients maximize the value of our capabilities across commercial print, digital solutions, direct mail, fulfillment, signage, marketing technology, and business communications.

Your success will be measured by client satisfaction, account growth, retention, and your ability to uncover new opportunities that help clients achieve their business objectives.

What You’ll Do

Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of business-to-business accounts.
Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers.
Identify opportunities to expand services and introduce additional YGS solutions.
Meet with clients to understand business objectives, marketing initiatives, and communication challenges.
Develop strategic recommendations that create measurable value for clients.
Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and business presentations.
Collaborate with internal operations, estimating, production, and sales teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Partner with Sales Executives to onboard new clients and ensure a seamless transition into ongoing account management.
Maintain accurate account activity, forecasts, and opportunities within Salesforce CRM.
Monitor market trends and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen client partnerships.
Representing YGS at client meetings, networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.

You’ll be successful if you bring:

Business-to-business account management or consultative sales experience.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
The ability to identify opportunities for account growth through strategic conversations.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Experience managing multiple client priorities while delivering exceptional service.
Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools.

Experience in one or more of the following industries is required:

Commercial printing
Digital print
Direct mail
Variable data communications
Marketing services
Promotional communications
Signage
Warehousing and fulfillment
Business technology solutions

Education & Experience

Required

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in business-to-business account management, customer success, sales, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Experience within commercial print, marketing communications, direct mail, or related industries.
Experience managing complex client relationships and cross-selling multiple service offerings.

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Communications, or a related field.

Travel

This role includes regular local travel to client locations and occasional attendance at trade shows, conferences, networking events, and industry meetings. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Physical & Work Requirements

This position requires regular use of computers, phones, and standard office equipment. Responsibilities include extended periods of computer work, communicating in person and virtually, traveling to client locations, and occasional lifting of materials up to 20 pounds.
