Jack Giambalvo Family of Dealerships is looking for an Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team at Giambalvo Hyundai of Hanover.
We are investing in the future of Hyundai in Hanover with a brand-new, state-of-the-art dealership facility designed to provide an exceptional experience for both our customers and our team. With a modern new showroom, state-of-the-art technology, and plenty of new Hyundai inventory to sell, this is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor and build your success as our new location continues to grow!

What You’ll Do
- Assist customers in finding the right vehicle to fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships through exceptional communication and service
- Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles, conduct test drives, and deliver engaging vehicle presentations
- Guide customers through the entire sales process from initial contact through delivery
- Stay knowledgeable about Hyundai products, features, technology, incentives, and inventory
- Maintain consistent follow-up to generate repeat and referral business
- Utilize the dealership CRM to manage leads, prospects, and customer communication
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
- Work closely with management and the sales team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Participate in sales meetings, training, and ongoing professional development
What We’re Looking For
- Previous automotive sales experience required
- Proven ability to build relationships and close sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to doing things the right way
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid PA driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to pass required background and drug screenings
