CORPORATE SALES

Position Location: York, PA

Hours: Full-Time | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We’re looking for a driven Sales Executive who thrives on building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and helping clients solve complex business challenges.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Executive, your primary focus is generating new business by identifying prospective clients, understanding their goals, and introducing solutions that create measurable value.

You’ll:

Develop and execute strategic business development plans to generate new client relationships.
Prospect daily through research, networking, referrals, marketing campaigns, and outbound outreach.
Engage business leaders to understand their communication, marketing, and operational challenges.
Present tailored solutions that leverage YGS’s broad portfolio of products and services.
Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and sales recommendations.
Navigate objections, negotiate agreements, and successfully close new business.
Collaborate with Sales Account Managers and internal subject matter experts to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting within Salesforce CRM.
Represent YGS at industry events, networking opportunities, and professional associations.
Stay informed on market trends and identify opportunities to expand business within target industries.

You bring:

Experience in business-to-business sales, business development, or account acquisition.
Confidence initiating conversations with executive and senior-level decision makers.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
A consultative sales approach focused on solving problems rather than competing on price.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.

Experience in one or more of the following industries is required:

Commercial printing
Digital print
Direct mail
Marketing services
Data and variable data solutions
Promotional communications
Signage
Warehousing and fulfillment
Technology-enabled business solutions

Education & Experience

Required

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in business-to-business sales or business development, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Experience selling commercial print, marketing, communications, or related business services.

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Communications, or a related field.

Physical & Work Requirements

This position requires regular use of computers, phones, and standard office equipment. Responsibilities include extended periods of computer work, communicating in person and virtually, occasional travel to client meetings and events, and the ability to move throughout office and customer locations. Occasional lifting of materials up to 20 pounds may be required.
