This approach significantly reduces expenses and establishes a single location for our clients’ variety of buying and selling needs. Each of our three key buying options are open to the public.

Position Summary

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be joining our fast-paced, multi-divisional growing company. The Marketing Coordinator supports the sales team by managing digital marketing efforts for heavy equipment, overseeing online listing, creating promotional materials, and coordinating events material. Whether it is an inventory graphic or an advertised video, the Marketing Coordinator’s efforts directly affect the results of each auction. This is daunting, yet very rewarding. When you give it your all, it shows.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who can truly own the content side of this role, especially video and design. You are confident with a camera in your hands and just as confident behind a computer editing. You know how to shoot equipment in a way that makes it look powerful, clean, and worth bidding on. You understand angles, lighting, movement, and how to capture the details that matter to buyers. On the editing side, you are strong in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Illustrator, and you are comfortable working in Final Cut Pro as well. You can create clean graphics, motion elements, lower thirds, reels, auction promos, and branded pieces that look professional and intentional. You do not just edit. You tell a story.

Experience in automotive, heavy equipment, or a related industry is a big plus. You understand the culture, the audience, and what gets contractors, operators, and dealers to stop scrolling. Part 107 certification is a major plus. We value strong drone operators who can safely and legally capture dynamic aerial content. You have managed social media accounts before, not just posted occasionally but truly owned them. You know how to plan content, stay consistent, track performance, and adjust based on what is working. You understand engagement and how to create content that feels real and relevant, not forced. Most importantly, you are proactive. You see opportunities to capture content. You are organized, creative, and comfortable working in a fast paced auction environment where things move quickly. Key Duties and Responsibilities

· Digital Marketing – Manage Equipment listings on online marketplaces, ensuring high-quality photos, accurate descriptions and up to day status.

· Content Creating – Write engaging content for websites, social media, and email campaigns.

· Graphic Design – Create online advertisements and promotional auction media that aligns with JSA’s brand guide.

· Video Production – Use Adobe Suite or Final Cut Pro to produce visually compelling content for social media and in-auction highlights/commercials.

· Event Material Coordination – Plan and execute suppling marketing material for trade shows, and promotional events.

· Inventory Management – Work with Director of Marketing and Sales team to identify and stage sale-ready equipment for photo and video marketing.

Education and Experience

Required

· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred

· 2-5 years’ marketing experience preferred

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: $27.00 – 32.00 per hour DOE
