Full Job Description

Job Summary

Join our Accelerated-Logistics team as an Amazon DSP Dispatcher, where you'll play a vital role in coordinating and managing the efficient movement of freight and delivery operations. This energetic position requires a proactive approach to dispatching, utilizing advanced transportation management systems, GPS technology, and data analysis skills to ensure timely deliveries and optimal fleet utilization. As a key communicator within our team, you will oversee dispatch activities, maintain accurate records, and support seamless communication between drivers, warehouse staff, and external partners. Your expertise will help drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Monitor daily delivery routes and driver progress.
Utilize Cortex tools to monitor vehicle locations, optimize routes, and improve delivery efficiency.
Communicate with drivers throughout the day to provide support and resolve issues.
Coordinate with Amazon operations to address delivery challenges.
Respond quickly to route delays, vehicle issues, and customer-related concerns.
Track delivery performance and help ensure on-time completion.
Maintain accurate records and complete daily operational reports.
Assist with dispatch planning and end-of-day closeout procedures.
Support a positive, safety-focused team environment.
Proven experience in transportation planning or logistics coordination within a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in data entry, typing accuracy, and managing multi-line phone & text systems for effective communication.
Experience working with Amazon DSP for minimum 1 year.

Qualifications

1 year of Dispatch, logistics, transportation, or operations experience with Amazon DSP
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Comfortable using computers, mobile apps, and tracking software.
Ability to stay calm and make decisions under pressure.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
