Full Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

Ethos Engineering is a full-service consulting engineering firm seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the design and coordination of commercial and public sector projects. This role requires a hands-on leader capable to managing multi-discipline teams, client relationships, and project delivery from concept through construction. Candidate must meet the requirements as indicated under minimum requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage MEP design projects from Kick-off through completion
Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines
Lead client meetings (cities, counties, ISDs, high education)
Oversee production staff and enforce project schedules
Perform QA/QC reviews of drawings and specifications
Support construction administration (RFIs, submittals, site visits)
Assist with proposals and fee development

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

7-12+ years of MEP design experience
Strong HVAC background (chilled water experience preferred)
Proven experience managing multi-discipline projects
Experience with commercial or institutional buildings
Proficiency in Rivit and Bluebeam
Strong communication and client-facing skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Professional Engineer (PE) license
Experience with public sector projects
Knowledge of IECC, ASHRAE, IMC

ADDITIONAL NOTE: This is not an entry-level position. Candidate must be able to contribute to production immediately with minimal training.
