Enviro-Master Services | Field-Based Regional Sales Leadership Role
Enviro-Master Services is a leading commercial cleaning and hygiene franchise system serving businesses throughout North America. We specialize in helping commercial facilities maintain cleaner, safer, and more professional environments through recurring restroom hygiene, deep cleaning, tile and grout, drain treatment, window, and exterior cleaning services.
We are seeking a Regional Sales Director to support franchise growth across our Texas region. This is a new field-based role designed for a hands-on sales leader who can partner with franchise owners, support their local sales teams, and help drive consistent growth across multiple markets.
The ideal candidate will live within the region they support, preferably near an existing Enviro-Master market, and will travel regularly throughout the region.
About the Role
The Regional Sales Director will serve as a key sales support connection between the Enviro-Master Corporate Support Center and assigned franchise locations. This role will work directly with franchisees to develop growth plans, reinforce company sales training, assist with sales hiring and onboarding, and coach local sales teams in the field.
The right candidate must be an inspiring, credible, and practical sales leader who can build trust with franchise owners and salespeople while driving accountability and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with franchisees to develop and execute market-specific growth plans.
- Support assigned locations in improving new account acquisition, customer retention, and revenue growth.
- Reinforce Support Center sales training, tools, processes, and expectations.
- Ride in the field with salespeople to coach, observe, and improve execution.
- Assist franchisees with interviewing, evaluating, onboarding, and developing sales candidates.
- Support new salesperson and new franchisee onboarding in assigned markets.
- Serve as a fractional sales manager for franchisees enrolled in the Sales Coaching Program.
- Personally assist with new account acquisition when needed to demonstrate the sales process and show “what good looks like.”
- Monitor market and regional performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Salesperson development and productivity.
- Franchisee engagement and adoption of Support Center sales processes.
- Sales Coaching Program participation and seller improvement.
Qualifications & Must-Haves
- A minimum of 5+ years of managing a team of salespeople.
- Proven experience in B2B sales leadership, field sales management, franchise support, or multi-location sales operations.
- Strong understanding of prospecting, pipeline management, consultative selling, and sales coaching. In-person prospecting experience is a must!
- Strong business acumen.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire franchisees and salespeople.
- Experience hiring, interviewing, onboarding, or developing sales talent.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly (up to 90%) throughout the assigned region.
- Ability to work independently in the field while staying aligned with Support Center priorities.
- Experience in customer implementing retention strategies.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable selling directly when needed to demonstrate the process.
- Results-driven, hands-on, and highly accountable.
- Experience working in a franchise system or distributed sales organization preferred.
- CRM, sales reporting, and performance management experience preferred.
- Previous franchising experience preferred.
- Experience in recurring revenue and route based business preferred.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a field-first sales leader who can earn credibility quickly, coach effectively, and help franchisees turn growth plans into action. This person should be comfortable riding with salespeople, meeting with franchise owners, prospecting in person, reviewing performance, and stepping into the field to demonstrate how to win new business.
Role Details

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
