Full Job Description

Do you want to make a difference in people's lives?

FirstLight Home Care of Oklahoma City, an independently owned & operated franchised business, is seeking a Client Development Coordinator to help drive growth through lead conversion, referral development, and client acquisition. FirstLight Home Care provides non-medical, in-home care to clients including seniors, individuals recovering from surgery or illness, and those with special needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to and follow up on inbound leads quickly to convert inquiries into clients
Conduct phone intake and in-home assessments with prospective clients
Convert qualified prospects into active clients through consultative sales
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources including rehab facilities, senior living communities and home health companies.
Maintain a structured sales pipeline from lead generation through conversion
Conduct in-person visits and light outreach via phone, email, and networking
Maintain accurate CRM records of all activity, contacts, and pipeline updates
Track and report weekly sales activity, referrals, and conversion results to leadership
Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth client onboarding
Meet performance goals related to client admissions, referrals, and revenue growth
Respond to leads quickly, including outside normal business hours when needed

What We’re Looking For:

Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
Experience: 2+ years in sales, healthcare sales, home care, or service-based business development preferred. Experience using CRM systems strongly preferred
Skills: Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication, presentation and follow-up skills as well as a positive, professional, business image. Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

Traits and Characteristics of a Successful Sales Coordinator:

Experienced in homecare/healthcare industry preferred but not required
Dynamic and energetic
Passionate about working with people and building long term relationships
Engaging, approachable and likeable. Able to connect and gain trust
Able to handle rejection with resolve and not dejection
Asking questions: Must learn and quickly understand how to dig deeper for business on every meeting, but do it in a softer, deliberate way without prospect feeling interrogated
Organized, and systematic in their daily work life.
