Join Our Growing Team!

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable & Administrative Assistant. This is a full-time, in-person position for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities, has excellent organizational skills, and takes pride in supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy office.

Responsibilities

Responsible for accounts payable
Enter data accurately and maintain organized records
File, scan, and organize electronic and paper documents
Run occasional business-related errands
Answer phones and assist visitors professionally
Assist with general office duties and administrative projects
Support the accounting and management team with day-to-day office operations

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Dependable with a high level of accountability and integrity
Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced office
Previous accounts payable or office experience is required
