We provide a wide range of benefits for our staff including NO charge for health insurance, contributions to both Health Savings Accounts and a SIMPLE IRA. You’ll start with three (3) weeks of vacation. We also offer reimbursement of tuition, should you choose to further your education while with us. This is an office position and, as such, we pay for parking and will reimburse you $30/month for use of your cellphone.

Office Manager

We are looking for an Office Manager that will be a good fit with our tight knit team that enjoys interacting with clients and helping people. The Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper’s responsibilities include assembly of tax returns, answering the phone and greeting our clients, maintaining electronic and physical filing systems, ordering and maintaining office supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping such as account reconciliations, processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, processing payroll, and responding to information requests from clients.
