LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to support a blend of Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is open to a temp-to-perm opportunity.
Job Title: Junior Staff Accountant (Temp or Temp-to-Perm)
Location: Warminster, PA (Fully Onsite)
Pay Rate: $20-$23/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable processes including invoicing, cash applications, and account reconciliations
- Perform B2B collections outreach via phone and email to resolve outstanding balances and reduce aging
- Review customer accounts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate records
- Process high-volume accounts payable including invoice entry, 3-way matching, and payment processing
- Assist with vendor communication and resolve billing issues or discrepancies
- Support month-end close activities including reporting and reconciliations
- Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams including operations, sales, and leadership
Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years of experience in AR, AP, or collections
- Experience within manufacturing, distribution, or a high-volume environment preferred
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables a plus)
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and confident phone presence
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work fully onsite in Warminster, PA
