Job Overview
This is a high-performance position, not an entry-level job and not for someone looking to “try landscaping.” We are hiring and developing the next Route Manager for our highest-end mowing portfolio.
You will train directly under a senior lawn maintenance technician with over 10 years at Details. The expectation is simple: learn the route, master the work, and take it over in 2027.
If you are not currently one of the fastest and hardest-working people where you work, do not apply.
We are a small, efficient team of 10 people. No drama. No chaos. We show up, execute at a high level, and go home.
