Position Summary
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and compliant master data that enables safe, reliable, and uninterrupted supply to patients. This role supports material master data, production master data, production artwork management, and production line system data to ensure manufacturing and packaging operations can execute effectively. You will partner with local and global stakeholders across Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Commercial, Technical Lifecycle Management (TLCM), and New Product Introduction (NPI) teams to support new material introductions, component changes, product launches, technology transfers, and lifecycle management initiatives. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail and deadlines, effective project coordination, ownership of data quality, and the ability to manage change in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role offers growth in technical skills, project experience, and impact on supply continuity as we unite science, technology, and talent to get ahead of disease together.
Responsibilities

Create and maintain material, production, and packaging master data within SAP and related manufacturing systems to support manufacturing, packaging, and distribution activities.
Coordinate new material introductions, product transfers, component changes, and lifecycle management activities with local and global stakeholders.
Support New Product Introductions (NPI), process optimization projects, regulatory labeling changes, and site performance improvement initiatives.
Create, review, and maintain packaging artwork and printed component data using artwork management systems, including project plans, impact assessments, artwork approvals, drawings, technical specifications, and supplier assignments for accuracy.
Partner with Technical Lifecycle Management (TLCM), Tech Transfer, Operations, Quality, Commercial, and Global Supply Chain teams to define and execute change-control strategies for material introductions and product changes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Operations, QA, QC, Warehouse, Commercial teams, and global stakeholders to support successful project execution.
Support regulatory-driven changes and ensure alignment with regulatory filings, labeling updates, and market requirements.
Investigate and resolve master data, artwork, and system issues affecting manufacturing, packaging, or supply continuity.
Participate in change controls, deviations, CAPAs, audits, and continuous improvement activities as required.
Author, review, maintain, and improve SOPs, local procedures, and work instructions related to master data management, packaging artwork management, and manufacturing systems.
Perform all activities in accordance with GMP requirements, company policies, EHS standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, life sciences, or equivalent experience may be considered.
2+ years of experience in master data, supply chain, or manufacturing support in a regulated environment.
Practical experience with ERP systems for material and production master data preferably SAP.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Master's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or life sciences
Experience with artwork management systems or similar packaging lifecycle platforms.
Experience with packaging line systems (Seavision preferred) or comparable manufacturing execution and packaging line applications.
Knowledge of GMP requirements, regulatory compliance, CAPAs, deviations, and change control processes.
Project management experience, including development of project plans, milestone tracking, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
Experience working in a matrix environment with global and local stakeholders.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
Understanding of data governance, change control, and document management processes.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate technical records and system data.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting project timelines and business requirements.
Ability to work in a hybrid model, combining on-site presence with remote work as needed.
Clear written and verbal communication skills to work across teams.
