Daybright is currently seeking an Associate, Enrollment Services to join our Shared Services Segment. Be part of a team of thought leaders and seasoned benefits and retirement planning professionals.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Enrollment Services Associate is a reliable professional who will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls & making outbound calls, utilizing company policies to solve customer issues, providing record keeping and administration services for benefit plans & enrollments, and route calls to the managerial team, when necessary. The Enrollment Services Associate is the first point of contact and must have a commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to provide detailed and accurate information.
Duties are performed in an office environment with a call center atmosphere. In this position you may have interaction with plan participants, plan sponsors, financial advisors & administrators through calls, e-mails, and live chat sessions, in addition to interactions with internal company staff outside of the Harrisburg Enrollment Center. Must have the ability to work independently under minimal supervision in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming & make outbound calls and take appropriate action for each call depending on basis of the call and the needs of the plan participant, employee, etc.
- Educate callers on their available benefits and assist in making informed benefits decisions.
- Maintain customer satisfaction & meet call center metrics based on assignments.
- Use company or client policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if issue requires managerial inclusion.
- Input data into the various computer platforms as required by Company and Clients to keep each caller’s record updated.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule between the operating hours of 8am-8pm, Mondays through Fridays.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Life & Health insurance license required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment, or experience in retail banking, pension/retirement plan and/or benefits administration.
- Ability to understand and calculate mathematical concepts of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division-especially important for confirming payroll deductions for the client, e.g.) paid weekly, 52 times/year; bi-weekly, 26 times/year; monthly, 12 times/year; and semi-monthly, 24 times/year.
- Strong computer skills, excellent interpersonal communication skills, a high-level of professionalism, & strong problem-solving abilities are needed.
- Reliable attendance record, professional voice tone and demeanor, and strong attention to detail accuracy is required.
- Bilingual in Spanish, preferred.
