Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce State Farm products and services
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for insurance consultations
Develop rapport quickly and maintain professional, friendly communication
Accurately document call outcomes and client information in our CRM system
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and follow-ups
Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly call and appointment targets
Stay informed about State Farm offerings and industry updates
