Condominium Association Associate Attorney

Our law firm is seeking a motivated Condominium Association Associate Attorney to join our practice. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in an active work environment, values high-quality client service, and is eager to build a long-term career.

We are continuing to invest in our team and future growth, including an upcoming move locally to an expanded office space that reflects our long-term investment in our team and clients.

Our primary practice areas include:

· Condominium/Community Association Law

· Landlord Tenant Law

· Commercial & Residential Real Estate

· Litigation

What You’ll Do

· Represent clients in mediation, sheriff sales, motion practice, and hearings

· Draft resolutions, amendments, motions, briefs, contracts, correspondence, letters, judgments, and memoranda

· Conduct legal research and analysis to support client matters and case strategy

· Attend board meetings for condominium and community association clients, as needed

· Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and business partners

· Manage multiple matters while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

· Collaborate with attorneys and staff in a team-oriented environment focused on client service

What We’re Looking For

· Bar admission to either New Jersey or New York required

· Bar admission to both New Jersey and New York a plus

· Willingness to learn firm’s other areas of practice a plus

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize effectively in an active environment

· Professional demeanor, sound judgment, and strong work ethic

· Litigation, real estate, landlord/tenant, or community association experience is a plus

· Motivated self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow within the firm

Compensation

· 0-2 years of relevant experience salary range: $75,000-$85,000 annually

· 2+ years of relevant experience salary range: $80,000-$90,000 annually

· Actual compensation may vary based on qualifications, experience, education, and credentials

· We have positions open in our Randolph, NJ and Florham Park NJ locations

· Requires flexibility to adapt to different environments as needed, including time spent at external locations such as courts and client locations; employees primarily subject to a climate-controlled office environment with no substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions

· Travel required; travel may include trips to various local, county, and state courts, or other locations for client meetings and other business-related requirements
