Full Job Description

Growing Specialty Construction Company and glass company seeking entry level estimator/Junior project manager . Full time position with benefits. No layoffs! Knowledge in all phases of building and or building service. Knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing,Framing,Trim work,Drywall, Residential and commercial glass, windows, doors, shower doors and any other phases of construction are a plus but not required. Must have a clean background and good driving record. Must be dependable and able to work alone. Must be able to accurately read tape measure, read blueprints, have an eye for detail and multitask. This team is a family atmosphere where you are more than just a number. Come work were your skills and personality will be appreciated and rewarded. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY. Wage plus bonus system based on ability's. Must be able to communicate well with others and complete specified tasks and recommend projected schedule. Specific Responsibility

* Accurately access and measure all estimates.

*Provide customer will accurate estimates on small projects and assist on large projects.

*Have a general understanding of project estimates.

*Sell projects to customers.

*Get acceptance signatures and order materials as required.

*Track orders, and schedule for delivery.

*Complete Invoices, estimates and daily reports as required.

*Ability to deliver materials to jobs sites and attedn jobsite meetings.

*Email, hand deliver and followup of all estimates.

*Provide amazing customer service.

Job Requirements

* Prior experience in multiple phases of construction.

*Ability to read blueprints, use a tape measure, be organized and able to multitask.

*Proficiency to navigate tablet/ laptop and service price manuals.

*Excellent communication skills

*Professional appearance and personality.

* Work closely with and report to Senior estimator and Senior project managers.
