Full Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced AI Product Manager with strong healthcare and pharmacy domain expertise to lead AI-driven product initiatives and rapid experimentation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across pharmacy and patient service workflows
Drive rapid MVP development, experimentation, and AI product delivery
Collaborate with business, clinical, engineering, and AI/ML teams
Build scalable AI-enabled solutions integrated into real operational workflows
Define success metrics and measure business, operational, and user impact
Improve workflows related to patient onboarding, adherence, prior authorization, benefits verification, and call center operations

Required Skills:

6–10+ years of Product Management/Product Ownership experience
Strong healthcare domain expertise, preferably in pharmacy services, PBM, payer, or patient services
Experience with AI/LLM-based products, workflow automation, or data-driven platforms
Hands-on experience delivering MVPs and driving rapid experimentation
Ability to work across business, clinical, and technical teams
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Prior Authorization (PA), Benefits Verification (BV), and patient onboarding workflows
Familiarity with Generative AI, workflow automation, and healthcare compliance environments (HIPAA)
Experience with call center or patient engagement platforms

Comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
Strong empathy for patients and frontline healthcare users
