The Restaurant General Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring a high standard of service and quality. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for the food industry, and a commitment to creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will manage staff, control inventory, handle cash transactions, and maintain compliance with food safety regulations.

Duties
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and development of team members.
- Manage inventory control to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing waste.
- Handle cash management and financial reporting accurately.
- Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations to maintain health standards.
- Provide exceptional hospitality to guests and resolve any customer complaints effectively.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
- Monitor restaurant performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a management role within the food industry is essential.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Familiarity with food management practices and kitchen operations is preferred.
