Full Job Description

Join the team at TPC River Highlands, one of the premier private clubs in the area and proud host of the PGA TOUR's Travelers Championship. We are seeking energetic, service-focused team members to help deliver exceptional hospitality to our members and guests.

Whether serving breakfast in our clubhouse dining room, working elegant private events, or bartending special occasions, you'll be part of a professional team committed to creating memorable experiences through outstanding service.

Positions Available

Food & Beverage Server (AM Dining)
Banquet Server
Banquet Bartender

What You'll Do

Deliver warm, attentive service to members and guests in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Prepare and serve food and beverages with professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail
Set up, maintain, and break down dining and event spaces to the Club's high standards
Maintain clean, organized work areas while following all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
Work collaboratively with fellow team members to create exceptional dining and event experiences

We're Looking For

Friendly, dependable individuals who enjoy providing outstanding customer service
Previous restaurant, banquet, or bartending experience preferred
Professional, positive attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

Scheduling

These are part-time positions, with seasonal opportunities based on business levels.

Food & Beverage Server (AM Dining): Tuesday through Friday, approximately 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Banquet Server & Banquet Bartender: Flexible availability preferred for private events, with Thursday through Sunday availability beginning at 2:00 p.m. required.
