Corporate Associate Attorney - Transactional

We are looking to add a talented corporate transactional attorney to join our business services practice in our Hartford office. This is an opportunity to join a mid-sized law firm known for its collaborative culture, strong professional relationships, and genuine investment in career growth.

In this role, we are seeking someone with 3+ years of experience handling complex corporate and commercial matters, with a strong focus on transactional work. Our team would be particularly interested in someone with experience in M&A work. If this sounds like you, submit your resume today!

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate and commercial agreements
Support and manage corporate transactions, including business formations, restructurings, and acquisitions
Assist with or lead M&A transactions, depending on experience level
Advise clients on general corporate governance and compliance matters
Collaborate with partners and colleagues on sophisticated transactional work
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through practical, business focused advice
Contribute to the ongoing growth of the practice and mentor junior attorneys as appropriate

Admitted to practice in the state of Connecticut
Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
