Full Job Description

The Role

We are looking for outgoing, high-energy individuals to join our team as Guest Experience Hosts at Butchers & Bakers.

This is not a typical host position. You are the first impression of the restaurant and set the tone for every guest who walks through the door.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people, is naturally engaging, and treats every guest like they are welcoming them into their own home.

If you are warm, personable, and confident speaking with guests, this is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

Greet every guest with genuine warmth, energy, and enthusiasm
Manage reservations and waitlists while maintaining strong organization and communication
Set the tone for service by creating a welcoming and engaging first impression
Build connections with guests and recognize returning customers
Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and management to ensure smooth service flow
Maintain awareness of the dining room and pacing throughout service
Assist with gathering guest information and supporting private events and group dining inquiries
Represent the brand with professionalism, personality, and pride
