Job Type: Full-Time | Schedule: Monday – Friday
Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000 Annually

Overview:

The Loan Servicing Manager oversees the daily operations of the loan servicing department, ensuring that all mortgage, consumer, and commercial loans are managed accurately from post-closing through payoff. This role is responsible for maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations, optimizing workflow efficiency, and providing high-level support for complex borrower inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the team responsible for payment processing, escrow administration, tax and insurance disbursements, and payoff requests.
Ensure all activities adhere to RESPA, TILA, and FCRA guidelines. You will assist with internal and external audits.
Identify bottlenecks in the servicing pipeline and implement solutions or updated SOPs to improve “time-to-task” metrics.
Train and mentor servicing specialists, fostering a culture of accuracy and proactive customer service.
Prepare monthly reports for executive leadership regarding portfolio health, escrow balances, and departmental KPIs.
Lead the monthly accounting and reporting process for Fannie Mae portfolios, ensuring “Actual/Actual” or “Scheduled/Scheduled” remittances are precise and submitted via SURF.
Lead the monthly SBA Form 1502 reporting process via the MySBA Loan Portal. Ensure accurate reporting of all active, disbursed, and liquidated loans to the Fiscal Transfer Agent (FTA) by the 15th of each month.
Manage the specialized accounting for SBA loans sold on the secondary market, ensuring the “Guaranteed Portion” P&I is remitted within two business days of receipt.
Lead the preparation of the Universal Purchase Package (UPP) for non-performing loans, ensuring all “Tabs” (CPC, Litigation, Wrap-up) are audit-ready for the National Guaranty Purchase Center (NGPC).
